I was a big fan of boxing in high school and would mess around hitting the speed bag or heavy bag from time to time to change up my cardio. Even now in my adult life, I still enjoy the fitness involved with boxing. I always wanted to incorporate boxing into my workouts, so I decided one day to bring 5, 8, and 10 pound dumbbells into the boxing room at Old School Gym, the gym I own near Columbus, OH, with me one day.

THE 24-32 MINUTE SHOULDER WORKOUT I CREATED IS AS FOLLOWS:

Speed Bag: 1 minute

Lateral Raises: 1 minute

3-4 sets

Jump Rope: 1 minute

Frontal Raises: 1 minute

3-4 sets

Speed Bag: 1 minute

5lb Dumbbell Alternate Punches: 1 minute

3-4 sets

Jump Rope: 1 minute

Bent-over Rear Delt Flys: 1 minute

3 -4 sets

This workout is a great way to slice and dice your delts and shock the shoulder muscles with something completely new. I am always looking for new routines and different ways to challenge myself. The timed periods will give you such a nasty pump and intense burn that is unreal. If you are looking to increase your shoulder muscularity, give this a try once a week and enjoy the results.
