Stay Healthy Lean Turkey Burrito

Looking for a simple meal in minutes that is packed with protein, high in fiber, and healthy fats? Look no further than this power house of flavors and nutrients in a wrap.
Ingredients:
1lb lean organic ground turkey meat
½ chopped onion
1 tbsp. jarred minced garlic
Fresh ground pepper
1 whole fresh avocado
1 jar organic medium heat salsa
1 15oz can organic black beans, drained
2-3 heaping tbsp. plain organic Greek yogurt
1 package high fiber tortillas
Preparation:
Heat a large skillet on stove top on medium, and add 1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil to coat the pan. Add chopped onion and sauté until juices release and onion becomes soft and translucent. Add minced garlic and continue cooking until slightly brown, add lean ground turkey meat and fork through as the meat cooks thoroughly. Add fresh ground pepper to taste. In a separate pan, heat black beans and set aside. Heat a large griddle and place high fiber tortillas onto griddle to warm. Slice the fresh avocado into large chunks and have ready to serve. Remove tortilla onto plate, add cooked turkey meat, salsa, black beans, fresh avocado, and 2-3 heaping tbsp. of plain Greek yogurt. Feel free to get creative with your burrito by adding your favorite toppings (shredded cabbage, fresh onion, tomatoes, green chilies, diced bell pepper).
